Receptionist lacked any social skills, didn’t key our cards. The next day, we had 3 attempts before 9:00 am to clean our room as well as two phone calls saying we weren’t registered and would we please come downstairs to address the issue. Come to find out the clerk the evening before booked us into the wrong room and the hotel had no record of us. We won’t be returning. No apologies on their part, either.

The room was clean.. The breakfast was good. The front lobby kind of had a musty smell.. The beds were not very comfortable. The shower knob wouldn't go all the way over to hot and the water was barely warm.

I was put in a room at the very end where the ice machine and snacks were and the side door. It was so noisy not just because of the ice machine or the doors. It sounded like the plumbing was popping all night long. I went to the desk three times. Asked something to be done at the third time the lady that did not understand English too well finally came to my room and she did not hear anything. She said I will call people upstairs to ask them to be quiet. I told her that wasn’t that kind of noise. She said if it kept bothering me finally I could get another room I just stayed in the room because she did not understand English very well and I didn’t want to bother her the fourth time. I did tell the front desk when I was leaving they said I’m sorry I was there for a funeral. I did not need to be up all night which I was. I have stayed in this motel several times and never had any trouble with the noise or even with the service but I’m not sure if I’ll ever stay there again they need to put someone there that can speak English and understand English.

The room was what we needed. A clean place to sleep. When we walked in I noticed the air conditioning vent was broken. The refrigerator was frozen. It wouldn’t keep anything cold. The beds were not the best but just needed a place to sleep.
