If I could give 10 stars I would

I loooved the hotel it was very nice quiet, staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and we got to play with our granddaughter in the pool and hot tub. We wish we would have been able to try the complimentary breakfast hopefully next time. We will definitely be back very nice hotel and all the staff was friendly and professional. We liked the little snack store they had there.

Cross Keys Inn is a beautiful property. My daughter and I appreciated its friendly staff, spacious guest room and beautiful appointments. Kandra at the front desk welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home and cared for. It is clear that this property's owners maintain high expectations for its staff at all times. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Expedia showed the king room and loveseat as a three-person room. The front desk was rude when I asked about the pull-out couch room. They have none. They also don’t have a rollaway bed. I slept on the loveseat with a towel for a blanket for three nights. The hotel said that they have told Expedia many times to change the posting. Many guests have complained.
