Everything was great. Location was wonderful, staff was excellent, facilities were beautiful. Gym was solid. Garden was nice with a lot of buds on their lemon trees about to bloom. The fruited ice water in the lobby was heavenly after a day of walking around Madrid. My only gripe was that the sauna needed to be booked in advance and I’m not allowed to install random applications on my phone for security reasons. 4.9 out of 5.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The convenience was top tier dining options, transportation options and attractions were in close proximity. The hotel grounds were exquisite. Our room was spacious and ladies working on our floor went the extra mile. I would definitely stay here again.

Great welcome from staff. My only complaint is that there was a free water with a pry-cap lid and no bottle opener available. On my part, I did not inquire about getting one (which I'm sure they would have provided upon request) due to time constraints during my stay.
