A little noisy at night from sirens from emergency services but then our room did overlook the main road. However, all the staff we encountered were most polite and helpful. A very good buffet breakfast. As we booked thru Expedia our room was upgraded. The rooftop pool/ sunbathing area was excellent with far reaching views of Madrid. A good stay.

We received an upgrade to a window view upon check-in. The staff at the desk was amazing, the room was wonderful and in a really great location where could walk to where we wanted to go. Wonderful stay!

The Wifi in the hotel and in room never worked. Can’t even search on google using WIFI. TV didn’t work. The bed wasn’t comfortable, mattress was sinked in from the edges and you can easily fall off if you go to the edge of the mattress. Location of property is amazing though. Close to all major tourist attractions.

We first were put in an older/smaller room which once we came back that night smelled like sewage. Got moved to a newer/renovated room that was more spacious with a modern bathroom vs outdated in first room. Location is perfect right in the middle of Madrid with a rooftop restaurant/bar/pool. Breakfast was really good with enough options to satisfy most. There was security at night in the lobby and a lobby bar as well. As long as you get the renovated rooms you will be happy staying on this property which will allow you to walk to all attractions in Madrid and is close to various metro stations to use any of the lines.

Location of the property is perfect, it has a very nice interior and great rooftop bar. You have metro, bus stop just in front of the hotel. Royal palace is just 10 min walk. There is a 001 bus stop which takes you to most attractions at free of charge.
