The Emperador is in a great location on the Gran Via. Walkable to attractions, shopping & fantastic restaurants. Our room was upgraded to a stunning suite with amazing views of the Gran Via. The room was very large and was extremely comfortable with a huge sitting area, a free standing soaker tub & separate shower. We enjoyed drinks in the lobby lounge before heading out for a fantastic dinner at a nearby restaurant. We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop bar due to bad weather but it looked like it would have been great. Would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Madrid.

Stayed six nights. Great location to Gran Via and subway station right out front. Taxis always available. Walked everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants all around. Clean hotel- we had two rooms, both great condition and clean. Housekeeping daily was excellent. Breakfast was great and plenty offered in options. Staff was always helpful and friendly. Loved the lobby bar area for snacks and drinks- people watching was relaxing. Felt bery safe at all times. Upstairs bar/dinner was marginal at best. Wouldn’t recommend much there. Will definitely stay herein future visits to Madrid.

My wife and I tremendously enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating. and professional. They made us feel very welcomed. Our room was beautiful and felt like we stepped back into Old Europe but with lots of modern amenities and touches. The best part is that we were right in the heart of Gran Via! We won't stay anywhere else when we are Madrid. Truly an amazing experience!

Excellent hotel in an excellent location! It was very clean with a helpful staff. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar and restaurant.
