Shuttle runs every hour, remember to book online on the hotel's website. It is a short ride to and from the airport. The hotel is modern and the rooms are very comfortable. Great bed, huge bathroom.

The promise of the airport shuttle was not fulfilled. The sign-up link did not work. You could get to the link but it would not accept a reservation. Very disappointing and expensive. Staff just said they wete sorry. They did not have any complimentary water. Not a topnotch operstion.

The room was clean and the layout was modern, but the bathroom was very small. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and the store shuttle was convenient, but I did have to wait 30 minutes for it after I called. The lobby was quite stark and not especially warm and welcoming.

Disappointed- ridiculous policies

Disappointed. No iron or iron board. Had to put a deposit for a mediocre iron device and the smallest ironing table I ever dealt with which made the ability to use very awkward. Had a weird nespresso like machine, but I had to ask every day for espresso pods. Policy is not to refill with the daily room cleaning, although frankly when asked, they would always get it. A lot of these small ridiculous similar things. Staff was nice, so clearly all these small things are hotel policies. I did get my $10 back for the iron and ironing table back though…..

My stay at this hotel was outstanding. Its proximity to the airport makes it extremely convenient for travelers. The staff were highly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my visit. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Both dinner and breakfast were of very good quality, with a nice selection of options. Overall, an excellent experience — I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect hotel re being next to the airport and not far from Madrid City Centre, a metro stop is at the end of the road, so it was easy to get to. I'd definitely go back. Bathroom was very large as was the room and the bed was extremely comfortable
