hotel was very nice and convenient. service was great. i didnt get an upgrade. The room that we stayed was the room i selected when i booked it. so theres no VIP upgrade. i have no issue. would ahve been nice if i was upgarded..i would go back and stay at Regina Hotel again

Great choice for my first trip to Madrid!

I stayed at the Hotel Regina for a four-night solo trip to Madrid, and wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and property clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a very convenient location, close to the metro, museums, Plaza Mayor, and much more.
