Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Grösse und genügend Ablageflächen. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es eine Moschee, die bereits um 4.15 Uhr morgens gut zu hören ist. Die Bettlacken und die Handtücher hatten Flecken.

Best hotel in Malang

Loved our stay here. The staff was amazing. The rooms clean, modern and very comfortable. Great WiFi and AC. We booked for one night but I would of rather stayed here the whole time. Thanks to all there and the wonderful manager as well.

Bed uncomfortable bathroom needs refurbishing. Far from centre. Malang city uninteresting. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent. Great Bromo trip organised by the hotel with very friendly driver despite the language barrier. Nice pool.

Noisy Hotel

A very noisy place to spend a night at. Thin walls, no carpeting in the rooms make it very hard to have a good night sleep. Children running around above and people pulling here and there the only chair in the room.

Gutes Hotel auch für einen längen Aufenthalt

Waren nur für eine Nach da, daher können wir nicht so viel sagen. Zimmer war ok Frühstück vielfältig und für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Sonderwünsche wurden erfüllt. Personal sehr Freundlich. Es wurden sofort auf Kundenwunsch eingegangen.

Stay was great ; but overall comfort was so so .

The hotel looks beautiful. The room does not have carpet floor . Its ice cold during night. And the bathroom could improve with a fully closed shower. The breakfast was worst i ever had in a hotel.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant and service. My only complaint was that the local area was not too interesting; not much is walking distance from the hotel. Loved the view of the mountains and volcano from the pool area in the mornings.
