We only stayed one night but really enjoyed our stay. Check in was friendly and efficient and we were able to check in early as our room was ready. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel light and fun. The hotel is well located, less than 5min from the station and less than 15 min walk from Lilla Torg. We used the bar in the hotel, which is unusual for us, and enjoyed the space and games on offer. The breakfast had an excellent selection and I was particularly please to see lactose free milk and a selection of lactose free yogurt. I’d definitely recommend staying here and will look out for other comfort hotels.

Nice, accommodating staff

The place was lovely, with fun vibes and decor. The staff (we only saw females until the morning of our departure) was friendly and helpful, not making us feel rushed or silly for some of our questions. The room change was appreciated when they couldn't solve the lighting problem same-day. Breakfast was great on the weekend but a little less during the week and it was challenging to find regular milk (oat milk and lactose free available).

Good hotel a minute from the station, perfect for a night or two. Basic and compact room, no wardrobe & bathroom door only opened halfway before it hit the bed. Nice lobby bar and lounge area, good breakfast but patchy WiFi in the room.

Horrible guest service

No towels in the room for two days and when i repeatedly asked the reception for towels the reply was that the housekeeping left for the day and i couldn’t have any towels. You are better off staying at another property where they care about their guests.
