Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Daily closures can also occur during periods of inclement weather in spring and fall. The Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park is located 45 minutes from Mammoth Lakes. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. Guests are advised to check local road conditions/closures before travel with the California Department of Transportation at www.dot.ca.gov or by calling 800-427-7623.

Perfect location for a 4 day ski trip. We have stayed here before and like the convenience of the location. Once here, we leave our car in the underground garage for the rest of the trip. Gondola is steps away. Enough restaurants in and around the village. Having a kitchen is also a plus. The units do get a little warm so recommend cracking the window open. Will be here again next season.

Super convenient for skiing (2 min walk to Gondola), heated underground parking, heated ski locker, outdoor heated pool and spa, full kitchen, spacious condo with full kitchen and newer furnishing (including excellent bed), walking distance to multiple dining options, what is there not to like? A perfect location for a ski trip to Mammoth. Being in the middle of the village with a variety of food options makes eating out easy. The gondola makes getting to the slopes early as easy as can be without any of the hassle of lugging your stuff there. The property is well maintained and had a lot of the winter comforts you need.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lodge is a little on the older side, but spacious, clean, and very conveniently located near the gondola to the lifts. Hot tubs were great. Ski locker was convenient.

It was nice, you definitely pay for the convenience of where it’s at , not an updated property. Saturday night was noisy, kids were sledding down the hall. We asked them to quiet down then had to call security twice.
