3rd shift employee was wonderful at check-in. Lovely. Welcoming. Knowledgeable. Totally different story with the 1st shift employee during check-out. She was rude and humiliating. I checked in late so I wasn't able to sleep much. I had to wait for a ride. I dozed off in the lobby area in a chair. The employee woke me up by yelling at me like I was a child. She said, "This is a hotel, not a place for you to sleep." I found her remark rather humorous. She then told me I had to leave the property immediately. It was snowing heavily. I had to leave on foot while carrying my luggage. It was uncalled for, and it was dangerous. It was a terrible experience. I'll never stay at that property again.

Toilet didn't work properly as handle was broken and toilet failed to shut off till I personally adjusted it. Otherwise all in the room was good. Check in was terrible with only one person handling this. We had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to check in. No one made an effort to jump in and help.
