Staff was friendly. breakfast good. The pool was out of service, we wish we would have know, we would have booked elsewhere. The bed had seen better days and was a back ache for my wife and I. The sheets seemed clean but the pillows smelled heavily of sweat. The sink in the bathroom was very slow, would of thought that the cleaning staff would have picked up on that. The internet was non existent, could not steam our Amazon prime account, no movie guide for the few things you could get to work. The woman at the front desk was very nice but had no idea how to correct the problem. Apparently they had a new internal internet system that was continuous problems. Virtually No internet or limited use for our 4 night stay. Our last night at 11:52pm the fire alarm went off in our room waking us out of a sound sleep. shocked and disoriented I called the front desk and was told there were no alarms, got no explanation the next day. We travel a lot and stay at different top rated hotels, This hands down was the worst! Will file a complaint with their corporate
