Looked like the room and bathroom had been thrown together too quickly after some kind of damage. Single, very small sink whose countertop didn't cover the cabinet base. Mold in shower. Barely lukewarm water in shower. Wallpaper was coming apart at seams. No outlets on entire wall on one side of bed. Basically, needs a lot of work to come up to par.

When I first walked in the room it smelled clean which I love. Gentleman at the front desk was VERY nice. We had an issue with my bank card as the bank thought it was a fraudulent transaction but when I arrived they were very patient and understanding while I was on the phone with my bank. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is nice and convenient to get to. The room is clean and spacy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Just one minor thing - the air conditioner in the room is noisy. It is a bit annoying at night when everywhere is so quiet that the conditioner noise tends to be more irritating.

First, no mention of pet fee until we went to check in. Tom at the front desk was very nice. Lobby was nice. Hallway carpet a bit worn and hadn't been cleaned in some time. Unless there were some partying guests we didn't see. The shower pressure at times dropped to almost nothing and I don't take long showers. Usually Hampton inn is a great place and my go to for bookings. After this I may start booking elsewhere
