The good: Room was beautiful and the breakfast was hot and fresh each morning. The gym and pool rooms were clean and the staff were all very friendly. The bad: We requested a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and advised we’d be in close to midnight and they said they’d arrange the shuttle. The flight was delayed by 10 minutes and when we called they said we’d have to find another way there.

Hotel close to airport. Travelers need to leave all hours of day. At 9:00 PM there was a child yelling and running up and down the hallway. After 15 minutes I went to investigate. There were 3 employees gathered with about a 6 year old girl who was running a yelling. The employees were doing nothing until I requested help. At 2:30 am water was running in the room above me. Soon I heard water dripping in my room. I investigated and found mater dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. I went to the front desk and the employee would not come and look in my room or go to the room above mine. The next day I phoned the manager about the water, he stated that he had looked in my room and saw nothing wrong. He then said he would have his engineer look it over and call me back. He hasn’t. I sent an email to follow up. No response. Extremely poor customer service! It’s fine, until you have an issue and then they will blame you for the problem.
