This hotel is outdated. Also, the pool area and cafeteria is not big enough to hold the amount of people they are booking. It was over crowded, and they had to close the pool multiple times due to people pooping in the pool, and nothing was done to make it right for the lost time.

Fun indoor water park and decent breakfast

Overall a nice hotel. It was awesome to be swimming inside in a heated pool while it was 5 degrees outside. Breakfast was kind of simple. But meet our needs. Only complaint is that the room could've been a little cleaner.

We loved it!! My little ones had a blast . This is aimed for young kids so it was perfect and plenty to do. The breakfast was delicious many different options. My only complaint was chain lock was broke on it for and we didn't notice until we went to use before bed and called front desk to report no answer. But really we felt safe using just the regular lock. So we will definitely be returning!!!!!

The beds are broken down to actual people craters in the beds and they are hard. They also gave my room that i booked to someone else and i checked in at 430. Bcheckin time is actually 4pm so they couldve waited for us since we paid for the room. Hotels.con said we would get a rdfund. Im waiting for it. The waterpark was a really ni e suprise

I was worried about our stay at this hotel. The hotel needs improvements as it’s outdated. We were able to check in a little after 3pm. The first thing me and my husband did was to check the rooms. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. No elevator so it was hard to carry all of our stuff up the stairs and down. The pool was crowded but the kids had a good time. The chlorine amount was higher than what I’m used to so I kind of felt sick and had to leave to the room while the kids stayed with their dad. It wasn’t a bad experience at all.

Unsafe pool practices

Hotel was extremely overcrowded. I took my granddaughter & family and left immediately. I am shocked that the armed police officer in the lobby alllowed so many people in the pool area. It was a definite safety issue. The pool area is small and there were well over 60 children in and around the pool in addition to adults. This was the first thing we saw when we entered the hotel so we didn’t even check in. The two receptionist working allowed this and knew the pool was overcrowded since they were handing out wristbands required to enter the pool area. This was a first experience visit & last.

Excellent getaway for family!

We had a great experience from start to finish! Staff was friendly and helpful, the waterpark was clean, comfortable and fun and the arcade was a nice little extra! Breakfast was great and our grandkids can’t wait to go back!
