Lovely 3 makuuhuoneen, 2- kylpy kotiin, jossa on optimaalinen Länsi altistuksen ja laaja vesi näkemyksiä. Makuuhuoneessa nauttii parivuode, kääntyvä kiinnitetty taulu-tv, ja päivitetyt oma kylpyhuone. Yksi vieras makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuode, ja toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset sekä taulu. Elävä ja ruokailutila on tilava tuntea ja nauttii kaunis näköala veteen. Tämä koti on mukava lyhyt perheen loma tai on saatavilla niille, jotka voivat jäädä hieman kauemmin. Lopuksi tämä viehättävä koti on lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita ja vain muutaman minuutin päässä rannalta.

Heated pool and lanai right on a canal

The home, which is inviting and comfortable, is located in a fairly quiet and safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed the heated pool and lovely lanai with the view of the canal. The yard and home were well-cared for. We appreciated the plentiful shelving, hangers, etc., that allowed us to comfortably unpack. We could have done without the overabundance of throw pillows, which got in the way, but the beds were super comfy and we slept well. We struggled with the stovetop and the toaster, which seemed to overcook our eggs and toast, no matter what we tried. We ended up going out for breakfast the last two days. We used the bikes to scout around and learned about the burrowing owls nearby. What a surprise! Despite our cooking issues, I would stay here again if we ever return to Marco Island!

Amazing stay

Pictures don’t do the property/location justice. My wife and I stayed for three weeks and the house was so clean and extremely comfortable. We felt right at home the minute we got there. The home had everything we needed, and was well appointed with everything we needed.The outside area and pool were perfect to relax at, and there was plenty of room on the dock for our boat.

Nice house, need new AC!

The house was very nice, this is our second time staying here. Last year we had the issue with the AC and thought it will be fixed by now, we liked the house, it’s very comfortable, so we rented it again. Unfortunately the AC had not been fixed since last year and it had only gotten worse. Manager was very responsive every time I have to say. Always on top of things. We had babies and the heat was unbearable. As long as they fix the AC issue the house is perfect! Nice layout, quiet neighborhood, close to everything!

Great home to stay

Spent 3 weeks on Marco. Love the people, area, and restaurants. House was great for our situation with the pool and layout of the house. Being on the North end of the island it was easy on and off, however a bit removed from the beaches. Overall stay was excellent as the home was very clean and well maintained. Having access to bikes was an added feature that was very much appreciated.

Excellent Property!!

My wife and I stayed for 10 days at 770 Willow Ct and were very pleased with the property!! The home was exactly as described, very clean, and the views of the water were amazing. The home includes 2 chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and toys for the beach as well as 6 bicycles for the family. The property manager was easy to work with and we highly recommend this property!!

Great vacation home!

The house was amazing! Very spacious and super clean! The boat dock accommodated our boat perfectly. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. We had some issues with the AC and they sent a tech right away who took care of it. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the afternoons relaxing in the lanai after our boat trips. I will highly recommend them! Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome stay, awesome location

Great spot on the canal, perfect for our family of 4. House was definitely large enough for us, the pool was perfect and the property was clean and spacious. Check-in and check-out was simple. We loved the covered lanai, offered great shade during the day. Master bed and bath was big and Separate from other rooms which was great. We brought our sons fishing pole and he caught lots of catfish off the dock! One thing I wish they had was a child lock for the slider to the pool. Other than that, absolutely zero complaints, we had a wonderful time! Thank you!

What a great house! Super duper clean and close to everything! Walk to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Fish off the dock, park your boat and head out! The pool was warm and refreshing. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. Check in and out was easy and we got in a few hours early! Thanks for letting us stay at your amazing home!

Great Location

We stayed for a week in July 2020. The house was wonderful! It was much bigger and more open than the pictures showed. The bathrooms and closets were all larger than expected. There was a large circular driveway great for our 2 cars. The beds were all very comfy. The location was perfect for boating, right on the canal and only a short distance from the channel. Publix and restaurants were also very close by. The pool was clean and refreshing! The neighborhood was well kept and not busy. We loved our stay here!

Good not great

We were happy with the location of this house. We thought it was pretty cheap that there is only one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and we needed to supply the rest. Although this was stated in the rental agreement it’s still pretty sad that a weekly rental doesn’t supply an extra $6 of toilet paper. (Which we bought) We were disappointed with the fact that the AC was unable to keep up with the set temperature for most of the day. There’s also no AC in the master bath which cause it to get pretty warm. The garage door would go up at various times on it’s own. (Once while we were sleeping at night) so it needed to remain unplugged. One of the stovetop burners doesn’t work. Overall, it seemed like this place needed a bit of improvements and updates to make it better for renters.

We travel to this part of Florida every spring, always renting a house. We have been doing this more than 20 years. I have to say there were so many things that made this house amazing. First, the king bed was so comfy we wanted to take it home. Second, there were so many little things about the kitchen. I am a foodie and have my own YouTube channel where I do healthy meal prep. This kitchen had every device imaginable and more cookware than I could ever use. The pool was pristine and the solar heat made it very comfortable. The lanai was perfectly appointed for evenings of wine drinking and good conversation with a beautiful backdrop. The hardwood floors were beautiful and easy to keep clean. Overall, this is one of the best houses we have ever rented and would come back again in a heartbeat. The price made it all that much sweeter. Thanks for a great week!!!
