This beautiful canal front pool vacation home is one of the highest rated properties on Marco Island. Get ready to experience total relaxation with this quiet southern pool exposure 3-bedroom, 3 full bath home with heated pool and spa. The simple yet tastefully decorated home offers a master bedroom suite and two additional guest suites, all with king beds!! All three bathrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in showers! Modern features abound in his recently updated property. New stainless-steel appliances, sound system, flat screen TVs, BluRay/DVD players, new Air Conditioning, Kayaks, Bikes, Polywood outdoor furniture, and 3 chaise lounges on lanai. New large dock is great for water side relaxation and the submersible platform allows you to easily launch kayaks for fun canal paddling and what we call "Dolphin Chasing"! Each year, we reinvest capital to continuously improve our home for ourselves and for you. Upgrades over the past years include new a pool cage with two wide picture window screens, new carpet in the bedrooms, new cafe style seating on the lanai, completely refinished pool and lanai, and of course and awesome super-large dock, and much more. Our guests will truly have a relaxed and comfortable home to stay in during their Marco Island vacation!
Please also note, we want to be an attractive option for couples traveling together, therefore our rates are based on the occupancy of 4 people. Groups larger than that will incur an additional per person per night charge that is detailed in the rate/fees section of our listing.
As of July 2026, we have also decided to focus exclusively on small groups of adults and couples looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. This means no more renting to families with young/teenage children. Over the years, we have come to realize that it is in these situations that we incur the most significant damage to the property and amenities... stains on carpets & furniture, breakage of glasses & dishware, etc. With that decision, we also upgraded our beds, removing the twin beds and putting in exclusively king-sized beds in the bedrooms and a queen bed in our den (for those groups of 4 that don't want to sleep together!). In the case of the den, we don't actually disclose this in our property details because there is no access to a bathroom without actually going through one of the bedrooms... no "hall bath" if you will. Anyone bunking in that room, will have to access a bathroom through someone else's bedroom.
INSTANT BOOKINGS
Please note, our rental agreement is quite detailed and requires important disclosures. If you decide to use the instant booking feature, please provide the details about yourself that allow us to easily accept your booking. This would include names and ages of those traveling with you, from where everyone is traveling, any rental/travel history information, and any other information about yourself and your family that is visiting. This information is used exclusively for safety and occupancy only and is held exclusively in the VRBO conversation thread.
FINAL THOUGHTS
Marco Island is a family friendly and romantic couples vacation destination regulated by strict City ordinances that limit among other things, occupancy levels and noise. We are careful to adhere to these regulations and will actively enforce them with all rental parties. Those seeking a party atmosphere should look elsewhere.
ATTENTION SOUTH & CENTRAL FLORIDA RESIDENTS: DO NOT INSTANT BOOK... YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.
Out of respect for our neighbors and to aggressively avoid parties occurring on our property, Florida renters should be prepared to provide detailed information about their rental occupants as well as verified references from previous vacation property owners.
Violation of our occupancy and/or visitor policy will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit and subject the renter to immediate eviction carried out by Collier County law enforcement.
Multi-family occupancy (guests from more than 1 immediate family) requires pre-approval and should not be instant booked. "Hosting" and/or Sub-letting is not permitted without pre-approval. Hosting is described as booking multiple days/weeks to capture a discount and then hosting various visitors throughout your stay. We can and often will approve this, but we should be contacted with those details prior to booking a stay of this type.
