If you’re a boater, you couldn’t ask for a better location. The private dock gives you quick, direct access to the deep blue waters and unrivaled fishing of the Gulf of Mexico.

The interior is the perfect complement to the lanai, with ocean-inspired décor designed to make your stay as peaceful as it is luxurious. Natural light brightens the beautiful flooring and showcases cozy, modern, ocean-colored sofas and chairs.

The kitchen features a stylish setup with plenty of cabinetry, and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on a table that looks out the window onto the serene canal.

The spacious master suite features a sitting area and door access to the lanai, sending you to sleep each night to the sound of waves lapping the dock and the smell of oceanic fragrances.
