For the price it’s good and well worth it. Lots of people living for permeant housing though and room next to mine had a huge fight going on. I mean I’m not gonna complain overall because I was just trying to lay my head while passing thru. The sheets were actually clean and had a limited breakfast with coffee. Cable tv worked and I saw some college football. had it not been full of permanent residence that were screaming in the other room or asking me to questions about where I was from and what I was doing then it would of been a little better. Staff was nice and I feel bad for the folks living there and the ones asking me about where I was and telling me their life story from and all seemed like good folks it was also kind of a hassle getting in and out as a regular visitor.

Quick overnight stay driving to south FL. This property is an old motel that has been pleasantly updated with wood style laminate floors, new counter tops and sink and furniture. Very clean and A/C worked well on a warm and humid night. It's on the eastern edge of the old town, about 3.5 miles from the I-10 exit. Bed was newish and comfortable. You could do a lot worse for the price, so check it out. We left early so did not see the free breakfast that starts at 7am.
