The room smelled musty, the bed was very uncomfortable, patched areas on ceiling that looked like they were going to fall apart, locks on door was broken, I had a difficult time opening the door with the pass card, ice machine didn’t work. Overall the place was terrible, the only thing that appeared to be half way decent was the swimming pool. I’ll never stay at this place even if the price was reasonable.

The staff were very friendly. It was an older hotel and it was nice for the price that I paid. It was closely located to all of the places I had to visit. I booked a queen suite on the first floor. Everything was clean and there was a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave in my room. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the room was musty and a bit damp. Overall, I had a nice 3 night stay.

The bathrm was dirty . The toilet rocked & swiveled . Breakfast was bread , butter, jelly, 2 kinds of very limited yogurt, packaged mini donuts & cookies , 2 kinds of cereal, 1 juice , milk & coffee. The coffee maker had no tray & only got 2 packs of coffee . The trash can was very sm & they only emptied once . Good thing i had a trash bag. I was sitting in chair , the wind blew the table & umbrella over hitting me . Employee came out , told him it blew over . The response was for us to pick it back up when the wind calmed down. The pool was not cleaned well , still had algae in areas. Very disappointing stay at hotel . It is nothing as described & the picture didn't reflect the room .Surrounding area great.

You got a hold of handle of the toilet The shower only spits half the water. The other half comes out the bottom it never gets hot. The linens and the pillows and everything about the room was old, dingy and worn out Tweakers running around the hotel all night Hotel staff looking in the windows You could barely see what was on the television Paint and plaster falling from the ceiling, the walls and the outside of the building Broken glass everywhere, not pet friendly as listed. Unless you want your dog walking in glass and pooping over top of poop limited areas on the edges of the property to use for animals Unkept and buggy Waited 15 minutes to check in no one at the front desk Person at the front desk was polite

The receptionists and the cleaning staff were always very nice and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Very convenient location to be able to make it to Cave Adventurers quickly, and there are a variety of fast food as well as nicer dine-in restaurants nearby.

Not Just a Customer but a constant Guest

I was welcomed with reassurance pleasure for returning to this motel. They showed acknowledgment that is often overlooked. This made me aware that they care about their relationship & reputation for providing better service not just business profits.

NOPE and NOPE

We walk into the lobby where there was a sign because you have to call for assistance (it was not late). We check in and the room was "clean" but far from being updated. The mattress looked as if it had been used for 30 years (not even level). The light fixtures had rust on them and the tub was "clean" but the faucet was full of buildup. We checked out and left. I do not recommend this location.
