Loud. Day & Night.

When we arrived, I picked up the key cards & they didn't work, went back & they moved us to another room across the hall, no big deal there. The problems came that evening close to bed time, doors slamming, children seemingly jumping from furniture literally shaking the floor, running up the hall, something kept making some sort of whistling noise & the toilet would run out of nowhere every few minutes, just very, very loud - ALL NIGHT so I woke up several times during the night then very early the next morning employees were in & again, everything & everyone was very loud - slamming doors & apparently slamming things around in the storage room near by. I was hoping to sleep in but that was absolutely not happening so I just laid there listening to all the loudness. I went to shower & the water completely stopped, called FD & they said it was because of the washing machine?! Waited a while, got back in - happened again. Waited again, finally got my hair washed & BAM, off for the THIRD TIME. Someone had a dog that kept barking which also happened during the 2nd night as well, on top of the whistling noise, the toilet & the loudness from people & of course very early the next morning the crew was there slamming things all over again. There's only one elevator so trying to leave this morning also took forever just waiting on the elevator. & I know, "why didn't you leave?" I didn't have the extra money to go somewhere else, if I had - I absolutely would have. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely loved our stay here! However, something was wrong with the shower and midshower, the water just stopped working. They offered to switch our room or shower in another room, but we were already settled and didnt want to relocate (full fridge, snacks, luggage, etc) so we chose to shower in another room. The next day, water was fine. The only other downfall was that when we went to use the hottub, it was only half full of water. The clerk on shift had no idea how it happened or when. We know it didnt go to the showers ;) Needless to say, we didnt get to use the hottub which was rather disappointing since that was one of the amenities we wanted and why we chose this hotel. That being said, the rest of our stay was good, staff was great. If its any help, regardless of the water situations... we will stay here again if we visit the area in the future.

Very dirty room NASTY!

The room was very dirty! Sheets on the pull out couch was stained and there was a ton of garbage underneath it. We booked that room with the intention that our daughter would sleep on the pull out. Carpet had stains on it and it was dirty. Toilet would not stop running. The sink drain drained slow and the same in the shower. When I addressed this at the front desk they said they will let maintenance know and did not offer any discount for the problems in the room. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Shower water pressure disappears

Hated that the water pressure disappears when they do laundry. Was trying to take a shower on Saturday morning around 9:30 & water pressure/water went off during my shower. Had to wait a few minutes to get pressure back, only for it to disappear 2-3 more times in my 10 minutes or less shower.

Nice facility. Room had a funky smell when we got in it , we eventually got use to it. My room had dog food left in it and the conditioner was empty. Hotel allows pets however , being allergic it was not cleaned for allergies. Mentioned at front desk as we checked out. Will not stay at this one again.
