Booked 3 rooms for my husband's graduation. Woke up at midnight to bed bugs. All 3 rooms had them. We left in the middle of the night. The front desk guy said he required proof.. after many pictures and a video he refunded 1 room. The next day the Hotel manager made sure we were refunded fully. The Hotel was Convenient to the college and the lobby clean. The rooms were not the cleanest but the bed bugs were a deal breaker for us. We will not be back.

I wish there was a creamer option for the coffee other than French vanilla creamer. No half and half or any other options for creamer. Even a powdered creamer would have been better than nothing. People with animals did not clean up after them outside in the grass out back of building.
