This property is fairly new and tucked away so it's quiet and upgraded compared to other hotels in the area. large room, big bathroom. Really liked having a traditional door to go out to the patio versus a sliding door. Great view of the water. Had patio furniture for enjoying sunsets. Had free breakfast, eggs, sausage, waffle station, plus usual cereal, yogurt, bagels, etc.

Safety first.

I’m doesn’t matter if the room is rated for handicap or not, ALL showers should have at least one grab bar. In the large scheme of things, the safety of your guests should not add that much to the bottom line.

The pullout sofa bed wasn't very comfortable at all, BUT the front desk staff was super accommodating and incredible. 10/10 recommend staying here just for the front desk staff alone. I loved how close this location was to the Pictured Rocks Trailhead/Munising Falls Visitors Center and was easy to get into town from here.

Kaylie at the Comfort Inn provided phenomenal assistance in helping me shape my stay based on the type of hike I wanted to do at Pictured Rocks, then she helped move my room to a lake view and extend it by a night to accommodate the longer hike I wanted to do. It really had an impact on my visit and I'm more likely to stay at Comfort Inns in the future based on this great experience.
