Schlechter Service für das Frühstück und den Mittagessen, da zu viele Leute von ausserhalb vom Hotel... Super Zimmer Service. Und super Service im Restaurant am Abend.

Hôtel en grève plus d' une semaine!!!!

J' avais réservé mon hôtel depuis plus d'un mois!!! A l arrivée personne n' est venu nous récupérer. Personne ne réponds au téléphone de l'hôtel !! Devant l' hôtel tout était fermé . Personne devant l l'hôtel personne au bout du fil .Je n ai jamais vu ça inadmissible.Aucun mail ou appels téléphoniques n' a été fait pour me prévenir je me suis retrouvée en galère à chercher un autre hôtel . Aucunes excuses de la part de l'hôtel . Je souhaite qu' on me rembourse. Affreux Affreux. De toute ma vie je n' ai jamais vu ça !!!!!
