The bathroom was dirty. There was used soap in the shower and a dirty towel. There were 2 broken light fixtures and we could get the heating unit to turn on. The front desk isn’t staffed, so you had to call and wait for a person to come in. I’m not where they came from, but they drove up in a car. The keys to the room stopped working by 10 am even though checkout was at 11.

The bathroom floor was filthy, the bath tub had "hair" in it and the stool would not hardly flush. The bedroom floor was also dirty and when we walked in, I immediately killed a bug on the floor. I looked at reviews on Expedia and they were pretty good, but I would recommend staying somewhere else.

the room had paint peeling off the ceiling, shower dripped all night, no tissue in the room, no shampoo, but they gave me conditioner. There toilets barely function, towels are cheap and thin. The only two things that were ok was the water was hot (ish) and the bed was ok - but the pillows were the smallest pillows I have ever seen.

There was hair, cricket and other bugs in the bathroom.. The bedspread on one bed was dirty and had cigarettes burns in it. Front desk was told about it but didn't seem concerned.

Great location. Over priced. I booked a king but they gave me 2 queens, no other rooms available to switch it. The room had a lot of deferred maintenance.

The room had cockroaches, burn holes in the blankets, and was extremely dirty. We approached the front desk manager about these issues and what was his response? "Cockroaches are a part of nature." They refused to give a full or even partial refund. Do not stay here. If you have no other options, sleep in your vehicle.

The outlet in the bathroom didn't work at all and we got the room to get ready for a wedding reception. There was a partially smoked weed blunt hanging out in the hallway outside our room that smelt really bad. We had two pillows that were about half the size of normal pillows asked for more and they didn't have pillowcases. At least the AC worked in the room
