This hotel is PERFECTLY located in McAllen. It is directly across from the airport, next to a very nice mall and LOTS of food options from McDonald’s to Longhorn Steakhouse. We arrived in the middle of the night and weren’t exactly sure of our surroundings until morning. I was shocked that the airport was right outside our window. It was so quiet at night we would’ve never guessed how close we were! Quirky things but nothing that would make this stay bad: Carpet could use an upgrade-smells like wet socks…halls and room. Only ONE guest washing machine and it’s only on ONE floor. The machine stops at the 14minute timer and just fills dripping slowly for like 15 minutes before starting again, total wash time 50 mins plus 45 min dry. No change machine so went downstairs to get change and purchase a single load detergent for $3 at the guest shop, only to go upstairs to the machine to see they had some in a dispenser for only $1(same exact soap). The electricity for the 2 toasters at the breakfast buffet would trip and never complete toasting.

I had to be moved to another room because there was a big rig parked in the parking lot that had to leave the refrigerator unit on overnight and it was too loud. It was right next to my room, but they moved me.

Aunque está prácticamente al lado del Mall no tiene tienda de conveniencia cercana. Claro que ese no es asunto del hotel pero es algo que seria conveniente tener. Por lo demás tuvimos excelente estancia.. Muy buena ubicación, frente al aeropuerto y de vecino el Mall
