The property is under construction which was not indicated under property information. The AC did not cool the room enough to require a comforter to sleep. I was not told upon check in it was known the hot water heater was not working. Toughed out two nights of cold showers then opted to end my stay early and stay at an alternate hotel. I realize these are all first world problems but when booking a hotel stay it would be expected these things would be working.

It was a surprise. Dont let the renovations fool you. The rooms were spacious, clean, and a very amazing upgrade. Can't wait to ccome back to see what the frint looks like after the renovations!! A little inconvenient for breakfast, but i will come back after renovations are done to see what it looks like!!

I wish I would have been informed about the hotel being under construction prior to my stay. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly. But the room was not up to par. Trash left on the floor the floor was sticky , just not what I was expecting for my family and self, little upset about the room being dirty!!

I stay at this hotel at least three times a year when attending business meetings in the Pharr, Texas area. Until now, my experiences have generally been fine, despite the hotel undergoing renovations for a long time. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered several issues. The bathroom lacked towel hangers, and the TV was not functional, even though I reported the problem twice without any follow-up action. Additionally, I requested a thorough cleaning of my room, but the staff only made the beds and replaced the towels, leaving the floor covered in the same dust and paper that had been there before. This trip was truly disappointing. I encourage the hotel management to consider installing towel hangers in the bathrooms and enhancing the cleaning service to provide a better experience for guests.

For this to be a Hampton, I was disappointed. There was only one elevator working due to remodeling; the pool area was kinda sketchy and no pool chairs available for anyone to sit; breakfast was bad due to everything being out and us needing to ask for refills on mostly everything; coffee was never hot-I was able to drink the coffee like a normal beverage; noise level through the windows was bad, especially at night- everything can be heard; AC was interesting- sounded like it was powered by water; safe in the room was not functioning; not enough towels upon arrival; sugar ants were on the nightstand; window actually opens up all the way and for being on the 4th floor, safety is a huge concern. Highly disappointed with the quality of this hotel and I never have this many issues on one single stay.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Review: Disappointed with my stay. Found a cockroach in the shower, no bath towels in the room, and had to go to the front desk to get one. The ice machine was broken and located in a hot hallway with no A/C. Poor service overall—definitely not worth the price.
