For this to be a Hampton, I was disappointed. There was only one elevator working due to remodeling; the pool area was kinda sketchy and no pool chairs available for anyone to sit; breakfast was bad due to everything being out and us needing to ask for refills on mostly everything; coffee was never hot-I was able to drink the coffee like a normal beverage; noise level through the windows was bad, especially at night- everything can be heard; AC was interesting- sounded like it was powered by water; safe in the room was not functioning; not enough towels upon arrival; sugar ants were on the nightstand; window actually opens up all the way and for being on the 4th floor, safety is a huge concern. Highly disappointed with the quality of this hotel and I never have this many issues on one single stay.
