If all you need is a private place to crash with a bathroom, then this is for you. We could hear other guests all around us, and we were on the second floor. Out of the 4 days we were there, only 1 day had coffee. The beds are not very comfortable at all. I will say that staff was nice and courteous and addressed issues with our needs very quickly. The elevator is hit or miss and very harsh. So all in all, not terrible, but definately can do better.

We have stayed at this hotel over 20 times over the years and always had great experiences. All was well with our room, check-in, friendly staff and cleanliness. However, a large group was down the hall from us on the 1st floor and they were obviously having a great time after midnight until after 3:30am, making it impossible to sleep. We heard knocks on their door throughout those 3 hours, but nothing changed until 3:30am. The walls are apparently very thin, so nothing about that party was missed, making it a very unpleasant visit.

Only issue is the walls being too thin to where when the room is quiet you can hear everything even tv from the other room, can hear conversations down the hall. I didn’t sleep at all through the whole night dealing with different noises here and there. First was at 2 am next room with tv loud till 3 am and then something going on in the room upstairs to where sounded like construction was going on and heavy stomps, no where near sounding like intercourse, then people talking in hall way then around 6am-8am child crying and talking going on, cart I’m assuming from cleaning crew rolling down hall way. Was just non stop noise sounds. I couldn’t sleep and my child couldn’t sleep. Only thing that would help block out noise was a/c unit that only lasted on for about 20seconds. Room was beautifully nice but stay was horrible!! When it was told to front desk person it really was like they didn’t care.
