This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I literally checked in to the Motel and decided to leave to continue about my day and upon my return was not able to enter my room. I went back down to ask about my key the lady in the front said she needed to call a manager (after watching me and my family enter the hotel and did not care to stop us on the way up to the room and she acknowledged us as we walked in but never asked us to wait). The manager proceed to tell us someone complained about the noise, keep in mind we were gone for hours the lady in front once again saw us leave. The manager even said they tried calling the room and no one answered when the front desk lady knew very well we were gone. Cameras don’t lie. This was unprofessional and I will be looking further into this to make sure no one else gets treated this way. I would never recommend this place EVER. A truely unprofessional way to treat people. Dhayh Bhakta was the manager who locked us out of the room with our belongings inside.

The girl working majority of time in afternoon and early evening was very professional, courteous, and friendly. She was informative and helpful. I appreciate that. The days were 22nd, 23rd, and morning of 24th. The whole staff was friendly!

Staff was amazing, owner was very rude. We arrived and I had booked a double with 2 beds, I was charged extra to get a room with 2 beds. Upon entering the room both me and my grandchild experienced hives, the attendant was very courteous and provided us with another room, the other room had no hot water. Because I had limited funds and it was not eligible for cancellation. The second night there were roaches on the wall. 2 sleepless nights.
