Overall stay was decent. Checking out staff member was on personal phone, delaying the check out process. Customer had a few questions in regards to stay cost. Chairs in the room had a lot of stains on them. It's hard to keep fabric furniture clean, I understand but looked gross to sit on.

We stayed here to go to the Volo Museum. Very safe. Not a lot to do around here. Only complaint was the mattress was much firmer than we normally like. But great place to stay.

My stay here was fine but I was frustrated with not being able to extend my stay without having to pay another $500 deposit for my dog and another $75 pet fee. It seems like they would want people to stay longer! But they sure made it very difficult to add a night. So we just ended up leaving.
