The food and music was amazing. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved the atmosphere and cozy fire with all the wood we needed each night. We found the game room on our last night and enjoyed a few games of pool. It’s close to Ashland, lots of wineries and of course the snow is just up the hill. Our room was on the bottom floor, so it was a little colder, than upstairs rooms, we had to run our heater through the night. Lovely Winter escape!!

Really nice and scenic location. Rustic style hotel with views and restaurant on site with good selection of food. Close to I5, you could hear some traffic going through in a morning. We had a nice update to our room with hot tub and fireplace. Cleanliness can be improved little more, specially on common areas.

Very kind Staff, rooms were a bit dated, but well appointed, carpet could stand to be replaced, since its pet friendly, maybe wood or vinyl. Wood burning fireplace and Jetted tub are a nice touch. We would stay here again. But the Butt Bucket outside the door is pretty tacky! It should not be next to the door.

Our stay started with disappointment but finished well. We drove about 4 hours for our visit and arrived approximately 1.5 hours ahead of check-in time. We asked if we could simply drop our bags in the room and were told it would be a $25 charge. This is a VERY poor business practice. Not only did it start the visit with a bad taste in our mouths, we also decided NOT to have lunch at the facility because of it...estimated loss of $60+ and an unhappy customer. I have no issue paying for something when I'm asking for extra effort or accommodation but to simply open a door for the room which was ready and waiting?....ridiculous! After the initial disappointment, our stay was very nice. The staff was excellent in every aspect and accommodations were just as advertised and very relaxing. The carpeting in the room definitely needs replacement but our overall stay was very peaceful and accommodating. Also, the live music in the bar was a very nice touch and very much appreciated!
