YOU MUST REPLACE THE PILLOWS!!!! All six of them in my room were hard as rocks!!! It was impossible to get to sleep!! The rest of the hotel is great!

Nice large room with full size sofa as well as a small desk. Nice bathroom. Easy walking distance to downtown Ashland and Lithia Park. Our room overlooked the creek area.

Staff was courteous and friendly, but overall property was a bit old and not dirty but cluttered with crumbs and leaves in the carpet and towels a bit musty. Great location and while not in the heart of Ashland, very close!

Absent Housekeeping

on the second day of our two-night stay, we requested a housekeeping refresh of our room twice and never received one. Late our second night I had to go to the Front Desk to get more coffee pods and soap and shampoo.
