Most everything is better than average. Main issue is they "waffle" over where you can smoke or vape " Marijuana "The night manager told me to smoke in the front where the cigarette smoke occurs.I said ok but you open yourself to families havig to witness this event.If it was my business that would not happen

After a long day of driving I arrived exhausted at the Rogue Regency Inn and was warmly greeted by the front desk clerk. In the course of conversation I mentioned that I was travelling with my cat. He paused to speak with the manager who came over and rudely exclaimed, "no cats allowed here!" But, I explained, the hotel was "Pet Friendly" on the hotels.com website or I wouldn't have booked my stay there. He said they accept dogs, not cats. I was aghast. Trying to make sense of their policy. Suddenly having to find a hotel elsewhere that takes cats with no notice. I departed the cat-hating hotel and eventually found a room elsewhere. Hotels.com promptly issued a refund when I informed them. Given my treatment, I would not recommend staying there - even if you have a dog.

Our favorite stay in Medford

We love staying at Rogue Regency. It is our go to for our boys yearly soccer tournament. The place has that old school charm yet it doesn’t feel dated. Love Chadwick’s. The boys love the pool area. I wish they did the complimentary breakfast instead of the continental they now serve. Very limited options but not a deal breaker.

Stayed for a soccer tournament with my wife & three kids. My parents also booked at this hotel as well. Pros: - staff friendly throughout the property. - breakfast is decent (breakfast sandwiches, cereal, prepacked pastries, and home fries) they never changed the menu for breakfast during our 5 day stay - on-site restaurant/bar (we didn’t eat here, but did enjoy a local comedy show on Friday night and the bar staff was friendly and the prices for the beer were great)

I have stayed at this property a number of times and enjoyed it and appreciated their staff. However there has been some reason changes. My eyes were burning all night for the heavy use of chemicals and/or air freshner and were swollen the next day. The bed squeaked in the room I stayed in. Their breakfast service also changed from offering freshly made food to pre-made egg with bacon muffins, pastry in cello bags. Only veggie option was one flavor of yogurt that seem on the verge of being outdated. When I mentioned this to the front desk they didn't really care. I called and left a message for the manager however he never returned my call. It was once a very nice and welcoming place to stay, however motel 6 offers the same or better.

Rogue Regency may have once been a good hotel, but I was very disappointed in my experience. Staff were very nice and helpful, but the room was very worn; shower rod was falling down; the fitness room is tiny and some of the equipment didn't work. Overall, it was very disappointing and I opted to cancel my second reservation and go elsewhere.

Excellent service with comfortable rooms

I have a handicap and i don't need an accessible room but i need a room not too far from the elevators or lobby and they always accommodate me. We took the shuttle to the airport and they were very helpful as well. The rooms are clean although a little dated. We also enjoy the attached restaurant and included breakfast.
