I felt like I was inside an airplane with the odd decor. Also, the air conditioner would periodically kicked on and sound like water running, and then it would kick off. It was really difficult to sleep. Bed was also not comfortable.

Upon check in, we discovered our room’s AC did not work. The room was hot, humid, and wet. They sent maintenance and it was fixed. But the room took a bit to cool off. The phone was unusable - no place to be plugged in, and when I lifted the receiver, it was filthy. I had to use a bleach wipe to clean it. The wall desk was completely slanted, and we were afraid to put anything heavy on it as it looked like it could have broken off. We never received a room clean/freshen up. We were told we’d get new towels and never got them. All four of our USB plugs were non-functional.
