Dee was best CSR ever! Shuttle is non existent if you cant make the 930 or 1030 time slots only.times available to Disney Parks!

My room smelled like pee and they said all the rooms smell like that and there was nothing to do but spray for the help. Which it did not. If it wasn’t midnight I would of tried to find a new hotel.

We had a renovated room which was clean, comfortable and modern. Other members of our party had the older rooms and complained of cleanliness and condition. Recommend staying here, but request a renovated room.
