Parking was a bit of an issue. Lots of work trucks and construction vehicles took up most convenient spots for regular vehicles. Afternoon sun does not hit the pool. Nice breakfast, staff is very friendly, cleaning staff does a very good job.

The hot tub was full of people constantly and closes 11pm. They don't treat or clean it. People go in the morning and it looks like a green murky pond of turtle water. My kind "suite" was supposed to be nicest room in the hotel and it was covered in mold. No ventilation in bathrooms which is what causes mold. They don't clean between customers. Someone else's hair all over the shower and mold. Someone makeup all over the sheets and pillows. Dogs barking all night Breakfast is trash

Standards should be raised

Things were much as expected, but for a 3 star hotel there were a couple things that could be improved. For example, the comforter that is in the duvet is full of tears and large (12") holes. It needs to go to the dumpster. Also, a very strong sewer type smell in the bathroom that seemed to emit from the water pipes.

As all Holiday Inn expresses had great extended breakfast options, the Jacuzzi was kind of dirty with I don’t even know it was cloudy and the bathroom had mildew all in the tub and it’s overcrowded with people other than that the room overall was clean, except for the shower, I was surprised to have mildew

I stay there just about every time I come to town which is once a month but it is my first choice the staff has always been nothing but courteous and kind the only negative is that they're very limited on their snacks and beverages and no liquor license

Generally a nice property, staff at desk very welcoming, room mice with a big fridge, comfortable bed. Only complaint Is hot tub was cold.
