The hotel is perfectly situated for shopping. room was clean beds comfy. 1 thing I wasn't impressed with was having to haggle over the bill when checking out, I was told when checking in the child I was with would get complimentary breakfast only to be charged for it.

Its a great spot to come in from SC station and straight down on the tram! Its perfect for a shopping day as its so close to all my fav shops and restaurants! Negatives, the hallways need an update they were dirty and not clean, it took a long time to check in, and the breakfast was average..however worth the money we paid! Overall a 6/10

The room was comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room service was fantastic. The building was quiet and the location convenient. The only issues we came across were that the accessible bathroom wasn't wheelchair accessible due to improper installation of the bathroom door. This could easily be fixed; the doorframe and door were both built to code, but upon installation, there was not enough attention paid to making sure the door opened wide enough to allow for wheelchair access. We did mention it to the staff at the time, so hopefully it's been resolved now. Also, at 2 am on our last night, I decided to have a bath, and only after I'd transferred into the tub did I discover the bath plug was missing- oops! Had it been a reasonable hour, I might have called down for a replacement plug, but as it was so late, I settled for a shower.

The hotel is in a great location so no complaint there. However if you decide to add parking to your stay, DONT. Hotel parking is down a narrow pedestrian laneway and then down a winding one way entry.
