We have stayed here two times. Its in a fantastic location with the shopping centre around the corner and many restaurants and amenities all a close walk away. The 2bedroom unit had 2 bathrooms and kichen with all we need. Friendly and easy check in and housekeeping were friendly and couldnt do enough to make sure we had all we needed and were comfortable. Plenty of secure parking.

Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. Clean, has all the expected utilities. Spacious. Friendly staff. My only gripe was the noisy traffic when trying to sleep and the smart TV was not working properly (which I was informed about upon check in). All in all I would return as is a very convenient location.

We stayed at the back of the property opposite the back of the shopping centre. Loud trucks and cars passed at all hours of the night. Bathrooms are old and outdated. Floors were extremely slippery when wet. Due to lack of ventilation they were always wet. Mould in the showers. Rooms could do with an update.

Stayed over long weekend of ANZAC weekend, i understand cleaner may be away for weekend but we didnt have fresh towels, or more tea bags to enjoy our stay. Our room hasnt made since we arrived and then leave 3 nights later. Furthermore, having fancy big bedroom and big bathroom is lovely but night time we struggled to sleep too much light from street and frost door or thick curtains, doesnt help to make it darker because too many windows. The pathway outside lights are flicking all night, traffic light changing all night, are affecting our goid night sleep. Hence reason i give low reviews

The Quest Apartment is located on the main street of the cafes and restaurants in Caroline Springs. It is on the main road, with easy access to the car park. There is free parking at the front, but it is limited and can be busy. I paid $9 to park underground for convenience. The staff is friendly and communicates with you before and during your stay. What I love about it is that their communication is via apps and SMS. It’s great they check in and see how your stay is going and if you need anything. The lobby has a complimentary automated coffee and hot chocolate machine, perfect for quick fixes. There’s also a fridge full of dairy items and a small kiosk where you can purchase smaller items to take away. We hired the two-bedroom apartment, and it was spacious. Both rooms included a private bathroom, which we love. It has a dining room and a kitchenette that provides for most things. I have a few feedback. On our first day, the rooms weren't appropriately vacuumed, and the room felt a bit dusty, so I got hay fever. We turned on the split system in the main bedroom, which was similar there. In the second bedroom, there was hair in the drainage. I also found a bunch of bobby pins on the carpets and the main bathroom. Having a toddler around, I was a bit cautious. Overall, we were happy with our three-night stay. We will return, and I highly recommend this apartment for its location and restaurants.
