This hotel was close to my daughter's house in Farmingdale. The property is not fancy but was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. There is a small kitchen with a cook top and microwave. There was a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was a granola bar and water.

I was extremely disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly before my arrival. There was dust, stains, and an overall unkempt appearance that made the stay very uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected a clean and welcoming environment, but instead the room felt neglected and unsanitary. Housekeeping standards definitely need improvement. I would not stay here again unless major changes are made.

The shower had clothing lint in the floor. The microwave buttons didn’t work so not sure if it was just a display. The male receptionist was very pleasant! The pregnant receptionist couldn’t care less about me. The bed was comfortable and my floor was very quiet. The lobby floor had not been mopped so there were dirty footprints at the entryway.

I missed breakfast, I didn't need the AC and the bed was flimsy and cheap. I paid more money than I usually pay and I got a worse room with a cheap bed. I have spent a lot of money booking at this hotel since January but I don't think I'll be back for awhile if at all.
