After hours of travel, this!!

Family droved hours and needed rest. Hotel gave us a filthy room. We were unable to get rest after such a long drive. Clerk only says oh. No remorse. Delay in getting new room. Just horrible.

My stay at the Avid Hotel was just a overnight stay. I was greeted by staff upon arrival. But the only thing is at 8am house keeping knocked and woke me up. Then they came back again at 10 am again. This was inconvenient because check out is at 11am. Otherwise my stay was ok!
