We enjoyed a beautiful corner room that had Beale street view. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Clean room. Only challenge was the continuous fan in the bathroom. There was no way to turn it off but it didn’t bother us too much. We did not spend much time in the room since we were outside most of the time

Our Valet parking app did not work the entire stay. The water pressure in the shower for the hot water was low the entire stay. Found a crock roach in the corner of the room by the ac unit. Liked the overall locates of the hotel to access everything nearby.

This hotel shower is so old . The air conditioner was blowing out hot air . The tv does not work so if you not check in before 11 pm the engineers are gone so you will have to sleep with no air
