This hotel looks good from the outside, but is worn out inside. It doesn't appear to have been renovated for many, many years. The walls are thin and our room was loud. The AC doesn't work without the fan being on all the time. For the money, there must be something better nearby.

Our room was damp and smelled terrible--sort of like the carpet had gotten wet at some point and then had gotten moldy. After two days we were moved to another room, and it was not much better. My wife and I don't plan on ever staying here again.

First room issuesd 222. Had a horrible smell, Went down to exchange rooms was giveven 308, This room smell better hiwever went to yse the restroom and saw that a dirty towel was left hanging in there. Im so over this hotel. All the staff lady could say was im sorry.

Hilton should be ashamed to claim this dump ...

Beware! Avoid this Hampton Inn by Hilton property at all possible costs! There is not one thing accommodating about this property, especially the hospitality. Most importantly the rooms may look clean and neat but don't be fooled. My room was honestly the size of a small walk-in closet with a wall mounted post to hang barely a few shirts. I actualy had to turn sideways to get between the TV stand and bed. The mattress was weak and leaned to one side, and all four of the pillows were flimsy and deflated. Terrible night's sleep. The two shelves in the bathroom which hold the one towel each were dusty and dirty. Zero water pressure, with just a few moments of hot water. The in-room coffee machine for lack of a better term didn't work. As I said, not one thing about this room made my stay enjoyable. When I first entered the room and saw how small it was (for $200 a night) I immediately went downstairs to the desk and asked if anything could be done. The attendant, Damon, when he noticed it was booked through Hotels.com [while I am still a Hilton Honors member] was both rude and passive about doing anything to resolve the issue. Basically telling me I was SOL, and because I had booked through a third party that even a refund wasn't possible. Upon returning to the room I called Hotels.com who, after a 20 minute phone call, told me that the property told them that again I was out of luck and even if I went to another hotel or checked out early they were not refunding the balance.
