The room was nice kinda smaller than expected, had great views of the river. Nice amenities for the guest such as the gaming areas, lounging area, bar and restaurant. The website failed to mention there is a $75 incidental fee per night. As well as $30 per night valet parking or $12 per day garage parking across the street. Some staff were very nice and friendly and few others were not which made the experience not so good. Customer service is everything to me. A lot of the women staff seemed to have attitude. Probably would not stay here again. But it is overall nice

Stayed one night, booked and paid through expedia. Card was charged for room by hotel also. There were 4 separate $75.00 deposits charged to my card, plus a mystery charge for $87.00 . When i went to the front desk to inquire about these erroneous charges, there was another guest at the desk with the same issues. The hotel representatives offered no explanation other than "the charges will drop off after you check out"
