The one issue was the inventory at the CIMAS store. Thet were out of a number of snack items and beverages. The Rooftop Bar Server did not advise us of the cost of the drinks, and we were surprised by the price, $60 per drink!

Amazing stay

Our stay was amazing. We only stayed one night. We were in town to go to an event at the Orpheum. It was convenient to the venue. The people were super nice and helpful. The room was clean. The only negative that I can think of is that I didn't realize that it was valet parking only. I intended to valet park anyway so I had no problem with it, but others might not feel the same.

Hotel was really clean and well looked after. Nice decor. Good room facilities including hairdryer, iron/ironing board and coffee maker. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. It's a shame the restaurant is run separately to the main hotel. Food was excellent but a little pricey. Overall a good choice for convenience to Beale Street and bars. Would recommend.

Pay to park

I wasn't thrilled about having to pay to park. They offer valet, but with everything going on in the world, I prefer not to have any strangers driving my vehicle. There was a garage across the street. The hotel was great though.
