The floor wasn’t vacuumed there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom there was no towels took me 3x going to the office for someone to answer to get towels. The office said it was opened till 10 but was closed you had to go the window. The sheets on one side had drips of blood. No phone in the room to even call room service to get towels. The hotels needs to be demolished and start from scratch. The room had fleas on top of everything. The worst hotel in my life that I ever stayed in. Never never again.

I was put in the hottest room possible on the second floor. The antiquated AC was doing all it could but never really cooled off the room. The desk cleared charged me a $50 deposit, which I haven't gotten back yet after 2 days! The driveway around the entire building looks like bombed out northern Germany circa 1945.

I have pictures of this place. Unhealthy to stay at this place. This location should be shut down. The search online is deceiving. Room 116 should be boarded up. I opened the door and couldn't believe that Expedia would have this place on there list. Please contact me ASAP regarding this place. It was dirty, smelly, electrical plugs on the floor, bed linen was nasty with spots, towels already used etc.

The room was very nasty i had roaches crawling i had gotten some food sat it down for a min went pick bk up a roach was all on it..also the refrigerator had a hunk of ice inside wasnt cooling anything spots on bedding tub wasnt clean i asked for a broom n new sheets brought them left them for me to put on myself i began sweeping n u der dresser was where all the trash being swept under this was a Nasty Nasty Stay

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking. The rooms were stained all over the walls and sheets with God knows what. Door doesn’t close properly and I now have head lice from staying in rm 201. Completely disgusting.

I’ve never ever have so disappointed in a hotel like why would you even put someone in a room like this I felt like I was being set up I had to check out the next day and apparently can’t get refunded since I stayed past 10 mins which in my defense I was actually too scared to walk out since it was nearly 11:00 at night and was scared they weren’t gonna give me a new room and just kick me out and I wouldn’t have had any other place to stay this was the smokers room I understand that but I only picked it because of the price but it MOST DEFINITELY DID NOT LOOK LIKE THIS IN THE PICTURES I paid nearly 300 dollars for this and can’t even get my refund I did stay my full 4 nights the door wouldn’t even lock all the way I felt like I was breathing in mold this place needs to be shut down it was truly disappointing and disgusting I didn’t even feel safe to sleep on the bed nor sleep at all I was all night until the sun came up and checked out do not stay here

The carpet was dirty the bed sheets were dirty the bed was dirty there was holes in the walls we didn't get to use any of that anemones like the breakfast the pool was closed you couldn't even get a cup of coffee.
