Heat didn’t work in room and the room key didn’t work the first 2 times I tired instead of trying to re-key the card she swapped rooms the room I ended up in had no heat. I was exhausted from a 12 Hour Drive. so I didn’t even bother going back down.

Lady at check in was not friendly at all. Seemed bothered about us checking in. One room had bugs and a hole in floor, other room was very dirty..walls, mirror, shower, and microwave.

Staff, rooms outdated, panel on heater fell off middle night window did not lock, literally glass coming out the frame 1st floor room. booked a suite Nott. When the panel on the heater fell off never went back to sleep felt like somebody was coming through the window. picture online did not show carpet floors showed nice grey vinyl planks microwave is Rusty refrigerator has so much ice in the top you couldn't put nothing in there

The first room we got was horrible. Appeared to have mold on the ceiling and walls. They did give us another room. Breakfast doesn’t have many options. Property definitely needs some upgrades.

Just what we needed before before day depature on a school trip. Our toliet was stopped up the entire night. My son had to use the restroom in the lobby at 10pm for fear our room would flood. If we didnt have to be up and leave in 2 hrs, I would have called the front desk.

Televison and refrigerator were not working. There was an odor in the room. We were moved to another room and the toilet was backed up and the hair dryer did not work. Bathroom smelled of marijuana. Breakfast was minmal and tastless.
