Hi, I stayed in room [101] on [08/30], and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. I found old key cards under the bed, stains on the curtains, and a lot of dust—which I’m allergic to. The room also smelled strongly of bleach, which made it uncomfortable. The bathroom toilet wasn't sturdy. This was not the experience I expected, and I’d like to request a refund or at least a partial refund for the inconvenience.”

This Country Inn lacked the breakfast that Country Inn's are known for. I was very disappointed.😡 The Breakfast was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. I was only able to eat an apple, muffins that I had to warm up in my room and coffee. No variety.

There was a lot of gnats in my room. When I called the front desk. The man said there wasn't another room like the one I had he could move me into and that he would let the mgr know. He sprayed some yellow chemical that left a bad smell and my son n my self were coughing from it. The rooms don't look how they do online. I stayed here once n it wasn't this bad. They only compensated me a 15% discount for my next time but I more than likely won't book here again.

I airways stay at Country Inn’s & overall it was a HARD okay experience. upon the entrance it seemed clean. We were greeted instantly. The woman was very nice & considerate with the conditions of us coming to the area. We did an early check-in which i was grateful for because our flight was early. This was also our first time partying for early check-in. Breakfast was nice during our stay. Now the dislikes: bathroom lighting was poor, i did not appreciate having to bring dirty towels to get clean ones, there were holes in the sheets. overall it was an average hotel could be a little cleaner but it’s average.

Nice area with lots of dining options close by. Room had trash (used earplugs) on the floor, hair on the bed, and a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. Room fridge is filthy and not nearly cold enough for safe food storage. No regular coffee in room. No spare linens for the fold out couch and had to go request more towels. Pool area was clean, minus the hair in the pool. We went to breakfast at 8 (opened at 7) and had to request milk for coffee and cereal. Informed staff that the waffle batter had spoiled and soured, but it was never removed or changed. When we arrived, there was only 1 egg left and never restocked, ran out of bagels and muffins before our family could eat.

Our room was terrible. The floors were recently done but not professionally because this caused the furniture to not sit flat on the floor. The one cupboard was so uneven, you would push the doors closed and they would immediately swing open due to gravity. I woke up in the middle of the night and walked into the open door causing a bruise. Toilet seat wasn’t properly secured to the toilet but then the toilet itself wasn’t properly secured to the floor. The door into our room would not properly lock unless I lifted the heavy door so it could latch, soooo unsafe not to mention we could literally see the hallway from inside our room with the door closed because of how badly the door didn’t fit the casing. Not under the door but the side of the door! Swimming pool was the worst as it was freezing cold water, filters not running, under filled so the water wasn’t even into the skimmer with hair everywhere in the water as the filters weren’t running. The hotel was over using chemicals to try and ‘treat’ the disgusting water. When we mentioned the conditions in the pool, all the staff did was open the windows to lesson the smell the chemicals were causing. BRUTAL! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The staff was great, the rooms were clean and organized, the water in the bathroom sink took a while to get hot but that was ok. They have a nice breakfast selection. We will definitely be staying there again

Not often can you find a price to performance ratio that just works. This hotel offers that. Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, recently upgraded styling and a decent breakfast for the price point. A couple of negatives though. The whole hotel is not as clean as the room. Some of the new lamps and power outlets in the room did not work. The hotel had a surprise animal fee that was not advertised.
