No where in this site did it mention a deposit but they charged a deposit for the rooms. Also i requested on reservation and i called 2 days before to make sure rooms were side by side but when i got there they were not so i had to request a switch he gave me a list of available rooms and i had to go see which 2 i wanted when we went in one of the rooms i chose just becauae they were next door to each other the bathroom toilet had hair and urine on it. I went to the desk.and he told housekeeping wouldnt be there until the morning and just looked at me so i asked if i could have cleaning supplies to clean myself because we couldnt move again we had an event to.attend and had to get ready right away. He was nice but he shouldve offered to clean room or offered 2 new rooms but i dont think he new the condition of the new rooms. The next day the houskeeper did come. The other room the 1 chair that was provided was missing a wheel. The beds were not bad and i like the fact the floors were not carpet so it was clean and fresh. They had a shortage of Bath towels the whole stay we were there for 3 nights We had 2 rooms for 8 people and we only initially had 1 set of towels in each room when i went to ask for more towels he led me to the laundry and there were no clean bath towels and limited wash cloths he said they had to be washed. I did get towels just inconvenience. The pictures of outside is misleading. It looks very old on the outside.

Property was gross. Room was disgusting. There was trash all over the property and parking lot as well. The room had food on the wall near the bed. Underneath the bed looks like they swept all the trash, dust, food, and hair ties of the previous 30 tenants under the bed and left it. The room smelled old/musty and just dirty. It was so bad we went out to our truck to get the interior detailing spray i keep in there and sprayed it around the room. There was what looked like mac n cheese smashed onto a "clean" towel. We stayed the first night because it was after 11 and we were tired. But we got with Expedia and had them cancel and refund our 2nd night. Will NEVER return to this location and probably stay away from this chain of hotels altogether. Beds were not comfortable either but good enough to suffer for one night. 1/10 do not recommend.

Quite dirty. Disrespected at the front desk.

The room was quite dirty. I spilled some water by the bed and when I cleaned it up the washcloth was almost black. Needless to say I did not walk on that floor with bare feet. Even the bath mat got really dirty on one side because I used it to walk from the bathroom into the vanity area and it got incredibly dirty just with that short walk. Additionally when I checked in the gal all but ignored me because she was busy talking in another language to one of her coworkers. Appeared to be flirting but I honestly don't know what they were saying because it was a foreign language. The point was I told them it made me quite uncomfortable for them to do that. Didn't phase. Just kept on talking in there special language. Also did not tell me about breakfast and I had to ask her twice just to find out how to get to my room and where to park. Not asking for much but at least just common respect at the front desk I think is important

Never Book Here

I would never recommend staying at this hotel. Upon arrival the exterior of the building looked dilapidated. Entering the lobby we were hit with the smell of mildew and wetness. We thought we’d check our room before making the final decision on if staying or not. We booked a king suite located on the second floor room 218. The room was gross! Brown smudges on the walls and ceiling. Dirty curtains will grease dust webs on them. The bed linens had dirt stains and there were dead bugs on the floor. The room smelled of mildew and had an old tv coax cord hanging out of the wall. The light switches didn’t work and the AC was broken. We didn’t even carry in our luggage and left promptly not to return. Seriously the grossest hotel I have ever set foot in. We will never ever book with Days Inn again no matter where we are looking for lodging. We couldn’t believe the website made this place look like the best option when it is certainly not that!!! We booked another room elsewhere in minutes!! Didn’t even ask for a refund because we just wanted out of the filth!!

Disbelief and unhappy

I never checked in because when I entered the building I did.not feel safe especially when I saw the front desk had plexi glass the entire length of the front desk for check in which for .e implied that even the workers didn't feel safe, so why would I want to stay. One of the guest was watching me while speak with the clerk at the front desk and she said to me "let me find out you my roommate". I quickly replied "don't worry I'm not". So I really was ready to me a because what kinda business they running that people have assigned roommates. When Hotels.com called the hotel manager they lied and said I had already checked in so they couldn't refund me...I never checked in, and never gave my name. Never will I ever look at this location again...I have stayed at other Days Inn and they were clean, and I felt safe, but not here...I refused to bring my son and mom in this place to stay.
