The location of the hotel is amazing, walking distance to everything. Other than that everything else is a fight. Getting the room cleaned, fresh towels, elevator was not working so had to drag luggage up and down flights of stairs, and don’t plan on sleeping before 2am on any given night because the restaurant blasts music and it’s very loud.

Elevators were broken. We were without air conditioning for 24 hours. Room was 82 degrees! Pictures of room, lobby were not recent or accurate. Things looked run-down, broken, and room/bathroom were tiny. Maid service was unfriendly and questioned the need for appropriate amount of towels/wash cloths. Location was great, however!

Staff was very nice. Loungers on the beach were also nice, but it's impossible to escape the smell of marijuana on the beach - totally not the hotel's fault. Hotel lobby does have a sewage smell but thankfully our room did not smell. AC was great. Would stay again.

Elevator was out of service. Washroom were small, carpet was dirty. Asked front desk to get us a cab to the airport he calls some special suv service guy in a suit to drive us to the airport about a 25-30min drive came to $165 (felt rip off) A service I never requested.

The public areas are filthy and in disrepair. The broken elevator was the touching grace. The room carpet stained and no beside lighting. I guess they figure people don't read any more.

The lift was broken and we our check in time was 4pm which is already late. When we arrived at 4pm we were told the room still wasn't ready and had to get dressed for dinner in the public bathrooms. The room itself was nice but the fridge was broken. Location is amazing though, walking distance from pretty much everything and they have a lovely restaurant inside/outside. I would stay here again.

The elevator was broken, and the front desk staff did not offer to help me with my luggage. The first night was extremely loud, all the way up until 12:30 AM. I tried calling the front desk from my room, but there was no answer. I went downstairs, and they told me their phone was down. They explained the noise was because a group from Italy was celebrating. Unfortunately, I had to wake up at 6:00 AM the next morning, so it ended up being a long night of people yelling and making a lot of noise.

Good South Beach Option

Just 3 short blocks from the ocean the location is solid. Elevator was broken so that was inconvenient. Room had no soap, shampoo so I had to go to front desk to get these.

Small hotel and rooms

Heidi at the front desk was superb. However the hotel is very small and rooms are tiny. There was black stuff around the AC vents which leads me to believe it was mold. We had 2 full size suitcases and 1 carry on and barely had space to place our stuff. Unfortunately we won't stay here again.

As a result of recent knee surgery the elevator being out of service was concerning. The staff aided upon arrival however later trips out were uncomfortable. Found the $25 per well drink excessive, may not be a part of the hotel.
