We had a room that the AC didn't work. We were told it was fixed and it was not. 2 restless nights rooms are very small. Pool was closed the whole time. Terrible spot

Terrible service never received house keeping when we asked and the water in the toilets ran for three days without getting fixed. Windows had mold all over them and we were disturbed by staff taking trash to the dumpsters which were directly outside our window. We had to keep windows and curtains shut at all times and were always in the dark.

The worst experience in my life

Worst stay ever. Had to change rooms as it was dirty. Please stay away from Valet parking. We left suit case in the trunk and it was gone next morning. Got police involved. No one knew anything, cameras don’t work. No one would take responsibility. Would never recommend this place to anyone

Disgusting, Miserable Experience

This place is a dump, staff is apathetic. Of the 8 days I stayed here, they only cleaned my room four times. My hallway was being painted while I was here forcing me to navigate my way past painters on ladders who talked and played music. The carpets (yes carpets) on the hallway floors were disgusting and they refused to vacuum them after several requests. There was toothpaste stuck on the tiles in the bathroom, sand on the floor, the sheets were scratchy, the place was loud and I even had people smoking like chimneys in the room next to me one night that seeped into my room and kept me up coughing. The manager's attempt to make amends was to give me a cheap bottle of champagne. This place sucks, it's ghetto and a dump. I cannot say enough bad things about it.
