Front staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very spacious with a view of down town. Rooms were clean, no bugs. Carpet was a little dated. Noise level was little to non from inside but you could hear the city below us. I would stay again. Lovely river walk!

Staff was amazing, mostly clean except the toilet had pee under the seat, the building needs a little updating, the elevator shook real bad, slight marijuana smell in my room. I notified the front desk they came and checked it out but couldn’t find anyone smoking. Location was great close to shopping and food choices.

Very busy hotel in Miami for cruise customers. For the price we paid I expected it to be clean and well kept at a minimum. The desk staff was very friendly at check-in. We paid $30 extra to check in early so we could put our things in the room. The room was not maintained very well, a bit rundown. The carpet was all wet in front of the refrigerator area, there was rusty water on the night stand between the beds that had been sitting under the clock. They clearly didn’t move it to wipe off the table between customers. There was literal trash stuffed in the air vent above the bed. Since we had dropped our things and left, we didn’t notice the issues until bedtime. I mentioned the next morning that the room had not been clean and just got an ‘oh, okay I can let the cleaning staff know’ sort of mumbled answer. One elevator was also out of service which caused quite a backup. We had to carry our bags down 9 floors the next morning after waiting forever and not getting the elevator at check out time. Overall disappointing and would not stay there again.
