The hotel is very basic and I would say the photos are very misleading. A room with two queen beds was very snug, and wouldn't be comfortable for more than one night. The carpet in the room was filthy. Each light had different colour bulbs (Not the worse problem, I know). In terms of sleep, we stayed in room 601 and got none, the noise was constant and included the air con unit, upstair noise as well as outside noise all night, and construction noises from 7am. Staff were pleasant enough, nothing to shout about. Valet were a bit slow on arrival and eager for us not to use valet parking however they were quick to retrieve the car during busy morning check out. Over all it was mediocre at best, probably wouldn't stay again.

This place is not as it is pictured. It is a bit run down. Pool was closed and the room reserved was not available at check in. Location is good but there are other much nicer places immediately around the corner.

Location was just perfect- walkable all around the city, close to grocery store and public transit. Cons: 1. Loud at night which takes some adjusting- you’re right off a main road and have to adjust to hearing constant honking and noise as you sleep. 2. If anything is wrong with your room (like our shower handle which wasn’t regulating temperature), nobody will come help- we called the front desk and a young gentleman laughed at us and hung up (never sending anyone up so we did our best to just deal with the situation ourselves). 3. Assistant manager was super rude- if you have any issues and try to speak reasonably with her she will just yell. Shoutout to the manager though who was fantastic! Pros: 1. Location was amazing - close to public transit and walkable to most of the downtown core. 2. Good sized room - we felt safe and comfortable with our family for the duration of our stay. Overall had a fantastic stay here!

We had a fabulous time. Very clean friendly and they took great care of us. Breakfast was prefect. The area was nice to walk around and see all the boats at the waterfront. Easy access right across the street to the metromover that was free to take. We went to bayside market a must see. Very easy to tor anywhere downtown for free. Will definitely come back here for our next cruise. Minutes to the ports.thsnk you very a great time. Had lots of fun at the downstairs bar lol btw

A little pearl downtown Miami

A great stay, friendly staff, clean, great breakfast, convenient, close to everything walking or the mono rail station just 2 minutes walk away, no need for a rental here, lots of restaurants within a short walk. The Riverwalk which is next to the hotel is a great place to walk along the river/ocean for a stroll.

The front desk staff were far too slow with checking people in. There was always a line. I constantly had to go down to change my hotel room key because it would randomly stop working. Left something behind in the room after check out and front desk kept me on hold for almost 3 HOURS!?! All for them to say they didn't see anything. A little bosy due to being right downtown- but super convenient with the Metromover being steps from the hotel. Big spacious rooms with free breakfast and wifi make it a good place to stay.
