The hotel was nice and clean. It was in a more industrial part of town, but there was a good sports bar within walking distance where we were able to watch the game. We were disappointed that the free cruise shuttle (the reason we booked here) was fully booked when we checked in (except for 4 hours before or 30 minutes after our cruise check-in time). I wanted to do a quick load of laundry, but the hotel had no quarters or change machine. The clerk did call “next door” (they had none) for me then suggested that I go to the nearby gas station (but I chose not to do that after dark and alone).

When we arrived in our room, it was very unclean. It had been “swept” at some point but all the dirt etc was just pushed into the corners of the room. A USED piece of gum and its wrapper were sitting right in front of the TV. AND someone’s piercing was laying on the bathroom floor.

pros- room was good cons- the main reason I booked this hotel was for the shuttle to the hotel and shuttle to the port, we waited over an hour for shuttle to the hotel and the only times they had for the shuttle to port was in the afternoon and out time was scheduled at 10;30am so we had to get and uber, very disappointed , also not a lot of room for breakfast,

The property was a bit dated, but the staff was amazing. They helped us check in early after our cruise, which we all appreciated. The only thing is, if you need the shuttle for the cruise, call in the day before and book the time you want. We stayed at this hotel the day before and after our crusie. When we checked in the 1st night it was almost midnight, all the cruise shuttles were booked except 8am. Well we didnt want to rush to the cruise terminal, since our check in time for the crusie was at noon, so we had to uber. It was fine, but I chose that hotel because of the free shuttles. So call the day before you check in to get the time you want for the cruise shuttle.
