I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel. I appreciated the Front Desk staff and also the attention that my room got from housekeeping. Many hotels do not provide daily housekeeping services anymore, but the Palms does. There were a few things in my room that could use a little facelift but it was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a nice-sized refrigerator, a large TV, and a good bathroom/sink. Originally I had planned on staying somewhere else, but the rates at the Palms were more reasonable. I would definitely stay here again.

OK stay.

Clean comfortable relatively quiet. Friendly helpful staff. Was a little surprised that the toilet area did not have an electrical outlet nor night light. Pool is not heated and some parts are viewable from the road. Pool is also subjected to occasional loud road noise. Simple continental breakfast with the addition of cold ham and hard boiled eggs. Is within short walking distance of many good restaurants, bars, and mall shops.

We stayed here for 6days & really liked it Really clean & comfortable rooms We wanted to visit the Everglades & this hotel was conveniently located to the Shark Valley Visitor center & Ernest F Coe visitor center both about an hour away. Even drove down to Key Largo for the coral reef tour. Came back to our room at night.

The shower had zero hot water. The tv was set to Spanish and the sink area was so low my husband had to duck to see in the mirror. This place was much cheaper than many others and I see why. I would probably not stay here again. Not to mention continental breakfast was a complete disappointment.
